A Better Way to Manage Your Cat’s Kidney Care Records

Long-term kidney care for cats often involves more than one single decision.
Over time, cat parents may need to look back at many different pieces of information: order history, past consultations, cat profile details, blood test results, and changes in daily care routines.
But as care continues, these records can easily become scattered across emails, veterinary reports, photos, and personal notes.
That is why Greycoat Research has updated My Page — to help cat parents keep important kidney care information more organized in one place.
A More Organized My Page
Through the updated My Page, customers can now check their previous order history, review past consultation history, and register their cat’s information.
This makes it easier to look back on previous guidance, prepare for future consultations, and continue daily kidney care with better consistency.
For cats with kidney concerns, organized records can become an important part of long-term care.
New Lab Results Feature
Greycoat Research has also added a new Lab Results feature to My Page.
This feature allows cat parents to upload, record, and manage their cat’s blood test results in one place.
The Lab Results feature currently supports three key kidney-related values:
- Creatinine
- BUN / Urea
- SDMA
Cat parents can upload a photo or file of their cat’s veterinary blood test report, and the system will help identify the supported values automatically.
After uploading, they can review the information, make any necessary adjustments, and save the results to their cat’s profile.
Why Blood Test Records Matter in Kidney Care
Keeping lab values organized over time can be especially helpful in kidney care.
Rather than looking at one blood test result alone, comparing values over time may help cat parents follow changes more clearly and maintain a more consistent care routine.
Through kidney care consultations with cat parents in 33 countries, Greycoat Research has seen how important organized health records can be in long-term feline kidney care.
Recorded lab values may also help Greycoat Research provide more tailored guidance on nutritional care, suitable supplement options, and daily care routines.
Supporting More Personalized Kidney Care
The updated My Page and new Lab Results feature reflect Greycoat Research’s ongoing goal: to support more organized, personalized, and thoughtful kidney care for cats.
By helping cat parents keep important care information in one place, Greycoat Research aims to make long-term kidney care easier to follow and more consistent over time.
Please note that the Lab Results feature is designed to help cat parents organize and track their cat’s blood test results more easily.
It does not replace veterinary diagnosis or treatment. Cat parents should always consult their veterinarian regarding their cat’s medical condition.
Greycoat Research will continue improving its services to help cat parents care for their cats with greater clarity, consistency, and confidence throughout their feline kidney care journey.
