If, after administering our supplement consistently for 60 days as recommended, you are not satisfied, we will provide a full refund of the product price.

📌 Refund Eligibility
To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The supplement must be administered daily for 60 consecutive days based on the recommended dosage for your cat’s weight.
- A clear photo of the empty or fully used bottle must be submitted.
- Each product type is eligible for one refund per first-time customer (e.g. Dr. Toru Protocol, Intensive Protocol, Probiotics Protocol).
- Refund requests must be made within 10 days of completing the 60-day period.
Refund requests made after only 30 days of use will not be accepted.
This is because our supplements require at least 60 days of consistent use to allow for visible improvements.
We deeply understand the concerns of cat guardians and encourage a full 60-day trial before making a decision.
📷 How to Request a Refund
- Take a clear photo of the empty or used bottle.
- Prepare the following details:
- Your cat’s weight
- Daily dosage given
- Total number of days the supplement was given
- Email the information along with the photo to [support@greycoatresearch.com].
- After verifying the details, we will process your refund via your original payment method.
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after confirmation.
⚠️ Important Notes
- Refunds cannot be issued if the product was not used consistently or if the dosage guidelines were not followed.
- Shipping fees, international transaction fees, and customs duties are non-refundable.
- Abuse of this policy may lead to restrictions on future refund eligibility.
- This policy is designed to support first-time customers in trying our products responsibly, and is not meant to be used as a trial-and-return system.
General Return & Exchange Policy
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
For unused items, refund requests must be submitted within 3 weeks of the purchase date, and a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
All returns must be initiated by the customer, and a tracking number must be provided.
Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

1) Returns Due to Company Responsibility
If the return is a result of an error on our part (e.g. incorrect item, damaged product), a full refund will be issued, and we will provide instructions for return shipping
2) Returns Due to Customer Responsibility (Change of Mind)
If the return is due to a change of mind or customer preference, the following conditions apply:
- The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to Greycoat Research.
- A refund will be issued after the returned item is received in acceptable condition.
- Please note: The original outbound shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
- If customs duties or international transaction fees occur, these will also be the customer’s responsibility.
- Delivery addresses cannot be changed once the shipment is in transit.
